The Verbeek team consists of around 50 full-time and part-time employees, with a heart for the poultry sector. Together, they form a close team within a flat organisational structure with short lines of communication, resulting in a high level of commitment and responsibility.

Our rearing specialists strive to deliver only the best and are not satisfied until a top-quality flock of laying hens is delivered. They work closely with our regular rearing specialists and vets, who are dedicated to rearing hens that meet our customers' specific requirements. To ensure a smooth transition from rearing to laying hen, we support poultry farmers. Our specialists have in-depth knowledge of genetics and management, and feed and housing systems, enabling them to optimally guide the hens during this transition phase.
