Quality is paramount at Verbeek. By using various quality systems, we ensure legal compliance, good process control and continuously monitor the quality of our approach. Audits by independent, monitoring agencies ensure clarity and practical solutions within our operations and with our breeders.
Verbeek meets all legal requirements regarding the breeding and supply of chicks and hens in regular and organic poultry farming. Our organisation holds the SKAL, KAT, NATURLAND, VLOG and IKB certificates.
Animal welfare and sustainability
At Verbeek, animal welfare and sustainability are more than a priority; they are values we cherish. This is reflected in strict protocols and ongoing training, allowing us to train our employees to gain enough knowledge, including knowledge on Animal Welfare.
Furthermore, we are constantly engaged in strategic initiatives aimed at sustainability in our production and with our local partners. Our focus here is on food safety, animal welfare, traceability and creating good working conditions.
